At Orrinex, we’re committed to delivering products that support your day-to-day needs and overall satisfaction. To get the best experience from your purchase, we recommend using your item as intended for at least 14 days. If you’re not satisfied after this initial period, you may be eligible for a refund under our 100-day money-back guarantee, as described below.

Return & Shipping Costs
If you wish to return a product, please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and any return instructions.
You may choose the carrier of your preference, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is successfully delivered. Please keep your receipt and tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or not received.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing, and we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.
100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying them. Please use your product consistently for at least 14 days to experience its intended benefits.
If you’re still not satisfied after 14 days and within 100 days from your original purchase date, we’ll gladly issue you a refund excluding any applicable shipping fees.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. An item qualifies as damaged if the product itself is defective or physically broken. Cosmetic packaging issues, such as dented boxes with intact products, do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@orrinexshop.com and include clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for products damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
Orrinex aims for prompt and reliable delivery, but we cannot control delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen shipping-related issues. For shipping concerns, please directly contact the courier handling your delivery. Unfortunately, we are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to courier or third-party issues.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so within this timeframe may void eligibility for a resend or refund.
